Where can I purchase Buffalo Trace products online?
While we offer a selection of branded apparel, barware, and gifts through our online gift shop, federal and state laws restrict us from shipping distilled spirits directly to consumers. Please check your local retailers for spirit availability.
What is your return policy for gift shop merchandise?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that all sales of personalized or engraved items are final.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders for merchandise are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, generally arriving within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping for merchandise?
Currently, our online gift shop ships to addresses within the United States and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our reach to international fans in the near future.
