At Buffalo Trace Distillery, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our distillery gift shop team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
